	I am an object oriented programmer working with Windows, UNIX
  and WEB Technology and pride myself on doing things right the first time. 

Computer languages:
    JAVA, C/C++, FORTRAN, PL/1, Assembler (IBM Mainframe), SQL, HTML, Perl.

Professional experience: 

    -1995 Denver, Colorado. Internet Technology School.
     Internet related projects done with Java and Web technology.
     Training in Object Oriented Programming with C++,
     SQL/Oracle and Web Technology (HTML, Perl, CGI).
     Created SQL/Oracle  and  zAPP Classes Web pages.

     Computer programmer; Odessa Communal Project. 
     Odessa Municipal Utilities   1976-1995

    -Planned a program for fiscal planning for the institute
     1994 to present.
 
    -Led a group of programmers who created a program consisting 
     of about 130 subroutines to calculate the expenditure of 
     water for Ukraine cities, including  Sevastopol, Odessa,
     Ovidiopol etc.

    -Created a program to calculate the hydraulic water flow in
     the cleaning building of the sewage treatment system.

    -Created a program for laying internal communications at water
     purification plant.

    -Created a program to construct a longitudinal profile of water
     movement in the cleaning building of the sewage treatment plant.
