A zFormDialog is like a zDialogFrame,
but with enhanced capabilities for 
perfuming data collection tasks. The
zFormDialog expects that ok and Cancel 
buttons exist, and provides data 
collection  and validation processing 
when the ok and Cancel button are
pressed.
